Velocity Island is home to two event venues on the same private lake in Woodland: The Silos Event Center, a chandelier-lit hall that seats up to 300, and Costa Fuego, the lakefront restaurant with a wood-fired kitchen and a full bar, for up to 60 guests.

Up to 300 seated. A 4,000 square foot event hall with crystal chandeliers, custom drapery, a built-in lighting rig, and a string-lit courtyard for the cocktail hour. Tables, chairs, linens, and a full-service bar are part of the package.
Best for company-wide holiday parties, client appreciation nights, awards dinners, and big family gatherings.
About The Silos
Up to 60 guests. The restaurant sits on pilings over the lake, with a covered deck, a wood-fired oven, and a sushi bar. Custom menus are built to your budget per head, with stations like wood-fired pizza and a chef cutting sushi to order.
Best for team dinners, department parties, and holiday get-togethers with friends and family.

No. The water park attractions are closed for the season by November and December. Holiday parties take place in The Silos Event Center and at Costa Fuego, both on the same lakefront property.
Costa Fuego's kitchen caters every event on the property, including The Silos, and the bar is run by our own bartenders. Outside alcohol and outside bartenders are not permitted under our alcohol license.
The Silos publishes its venue packages: $3,900 Sunday through Thursday and $4,600 on Friday and Saturday, with a 100-guest minimum (see what is included). Food and bar are quoted to your group. Weeknight parties are the best value and the easiest dates to get in December.
As early as you can. Friday and Saturday nights in the first three weeks of December go first. If you are flexible, a Sunday through Thursday date gives you the most choice.
About 20 minutes from downtown Sacramento, just off I-5 at 755 North East Street in Woodland, and 12 miles from Sacramento International Airport. Parking is free and on site.
