Wood-fired pizza
Hand-tossed dough fired at 800 degrees in our wood-burning oven. Classic Margherita, BBQ chicken, pepperoni, and seasonal specials. Available whole or by the slice.
Fresh sushi
Rolls, nigiri, and sashimi prepared by our sushi chef. California rolls, spicy tuna, salmon, and specialty rolls that change with the season.
Full bar and drinks
Handcrafted cocktails, margaritas, local craft beers on tap, a curated wine list, and non-alcoholic options including fresh lemonade and smoothies.
Shareable starters
Nachos, wings, calamari, and seasonal appetizers. Perfect for a group grabbing a bite between activities at the park.

Mother's Day Brunch
Sunday, May 10. Smoked brisket, honey-glazed ham, omelet station, eggs benedict, chilaquiles, flan French toast, pastries, chocolate-covered strawberries, and more. Every mom receives a special flower. Mimosa flights available. Seatings at 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, and 1:00 PM. Adults $42, Kids (5-12) $19. $20 deposit required.

Costa Fuego can accommodate private dining for smaller groups. For larger events (weddings, corporate gatherings, galas, and celebrations), The Silos Event Center is located right next door with space for up to 300 indoor guests and 1,500+ outdoor.
