Waterfront kitchen at Velocity Island Park
Costa Fuego is the waterfront kitchen at Velocity Island Park: sushi, fire, and tequila served lakeside. The menu runs from fresh sushi and signature rolls to coastal fish and shrimp tacos, wood-fired pizza, smash burgers, and loaded shareables. We grow a lot of what we serve, with house herbs and tomatoes for flavor with purpose.
Sit on the patio and watch wakeboarders cruise by over a frozen margarita and a plate of tacos. Whether you're fueling up before the aqua park, cooling down after a wakeboard session, or just looking for a beautiful spot to eat with the family, Costa Fuego has you covered.

Hours
Open daily except Tuesdays for lunch and dinner. Hours follow the park, so call ahead to confirm today's schedule.
No park ticket needed. Costa Fuego is open to the public. Come dine, grab a drink, and hang out lakeside without buying admission. Tickets are only required for activities like the aqua park, wakeboarding, and water access.

For group catering, pizza pre-orders, or large parties (pizza dough takes a half day to rise, so 24-hour notice is appreciated for large quantities), call ahead.

Night event dining
Costa Fuego is open on night ride event evenings. Grab dinner and drinks while watching wakeboard riders under the lights. Dates coming soon.

Private events and large parties
Costa Fuego can accommodate private dining for smaller groups. For larger events (weddings, corporate gatherings, galas, and celebrations), The Silos Event Center is located right next door with space for up to 300 indoor guests and 1,500+ outdoor.
Both venues feature full bar service, lakefront views, and customizable catering packages.
