- Customer Service
- Customer Service 1 – Entry-level position tasked with supporting customer service initiatives, responding to customer inquiries, checking guests in, retail sales & board shop operations.
- Customer Service Manager – Oversee the customer service team, develop customer service strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Grounds
- Maintenance – Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and beauty of the park’s grounds and facilities.
- Lifeguards
- Lifeguard 1 – Entry-level position responsible for monitoring assigned areas and ensuring guest safety in and around the water. Also responsible for customer satisfaction/needs & grounds kept up.
- Lifeguard Manager – Oversee the team of lifeguards, manage staff scheduling, and implement safety protocols and training.
- Cable Operations
- Operator 1 – Entry-level position responsible for overseeing and maintaining the operational safety and efficiency of the cable system. Manage the cable system for wakeboarding activities, ensuring safe and smooth operations.
- Operator Manager – Oversee the team of cable operators, manage system maintenance, and ensure operational safety and efficiency. Manage the cable system for wakeboarding activities, ensuring safe and smooth operations.
- Event Center (Silos Event Center)
- Event Coordinator – Coordinate and plan park events, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
- Silos Events Manager – Oversee the event team, develop event strategies, and ensure successful execution of all events. From start to finish ensuring every detail is taken care of.
- Catering Staff – Provide food and beverage services during silos events, ensuring excellent guest experience.
- Restaurant (Edgewater)
- Dishwashers – Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Bussing Staff – Clear and clean tables after guests, assisting in maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Line Cooks – Prepare meals according to the restaurant’s menu, ensuring high food quality and timely service.
- Bartenders – Mix and serve beverages to guests, maintain bar stock, and provide excellent customer service.
- Wait Staff – Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure an excellent dining experience for all guests.
- Hosts/Hostess – Welcome guests, manage table assignments, and provide excellent customer service.
- Restaurant Manager – Lead the restaurant team, ensuring seamless operations, high quality service, and outstanding guest experience. Responsible for staff scheduling, managing inventory, handling customer complaints, and maintaining the overall performance and profitability of the restaurant. Also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provide staff training and development.
